No Scotty it is a turning plow, 14" I think. I have no idea how old the thing is. I borrowed it from my neighbor to try out. I would like to get a roto-tiller but with so many things to spend money on it's not the priority. So I'll just plow and disc this year. My 12 yr. old son took the picture and is right proud of it!
