Starter weak? Help please

Thanks all. I fixed it. The issue was a bad cable from the pos side of the battery to the starter. Bizarre, but an easy fix (or at least cheap).

that's the first thing I check any time I see a starter issue. doesn't take much corrosion to hold up the amps..
