First thing to address when overheating is the fan belt. Make sure the fan really "roars" when at WOT. Try turning the engine over by hand, with the fan. The belt should only slip with some effort.
Second thing is put a trouble light in by the fan blades. Do this inside or dim daylight outside. Then go look thru the grill, remove the grill if necessary. If you can't see the trouble light, that could be the problem. Blow out the fins with air or a strong stream of water until you CAN see light thru the core.
These are 2 cheap and easy things to do before you start with flushing, head gaskets, etc.

had a MF TO35 for many years. the radiator was heavy duty but not providing adequate cooling like yours. you might look at it being rodded out bu a shop if it is heavy duty construction. but you don't see much of that these days, all about replacement with plastic. good luck

Possible that the fuel supply valve above the sediment glass is pinched too much.

Bet there is debris in the tank. Someone added the inline filter to help. Blow a puff of air back to tank but eventually will want to pull , clean and coat tank.
