Yes. Although in the spirit of full disclosure, I did size the septic for a 5 bedroom house, shop with full bath/bedroom and barn with full bath.

I texted my builder after it was on and said; "you can tell all the subs they can go back to work, the power is on". I think things will move along better now.

Back when I was plumbing for a living, we didn't show up until the temp power was on.

We plumbed new construction only in new subdivisions. Sometimes so new the temporary power was not installed yet.

Most every contr. is short handed, then there's the weather, materials not showing up, inspections, hangovers and the bigger builders they work for that are the majority of their work. But your right Richard.
