Satellite views may be many months old...unless something I'm unaware of. I just now checked our place and it shows me & contractor installing a shed overhang and that was 3 years ago.
I was referring to their past capabilities, not their current status. These satellite shots (probably from 2022) show the new building close to completion. One is from Apple maps and one is from Bing maps. Google maps which I didn't include, shows the building laid out, but with construction at the very beginning. The image date on the Google Earth image is 11-21

So I have continued to monitor the Facebook account "What happened to Everything Attachments" and these pictures were posted. Seems like confirmation of what I have said from my first post.
Any more updates? Gates still locked?

I got this email from Nate on Jan 4th and wonder if this was a ploy or is Nate part of the problem:

We are cutting out the last parts for you aerator now, and anticipate finishing it up within the next 2 weeks or so. I know that we are behind schedule and appreciate your patience. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

I saw an estimate based on the last known order placed in early January minus the last known order delivered mid-August 23 and it was 2700 orders. Figuring that about half of the orders were for parts, tooth bars, PTO shields, etc and maybe got delivered, that leaves an estimated 1200 undelivered implement orders with an average price of $2500 and $3 million would be closer.
I was told that they had 20-30 welders each welding up 2 to 4 implements per day, so it doesn't seem unreasonable. (On Google Earth or Bing Satellite views there were 40-50 cars in the parking lot.)
Well those are some interesting numbers, to say the least. That means that when my order that was taken by Travis in mid September, he HAD to have known that it had been a month since the last order went out (based on the above info). And he HAD to have known that something was smelling real bad about EA at the time he accepted my order.

Somewhere back in this tread someone posted links to federal agencies to file criminal and/or civil complaints. Need to find that....

I am guessing they will want actual names of purported defendants and accessories. I am missing some last names, however.

Ted C. Corriher
Nate ?
Travis ?

Heck, I am retired, and my wife passed away recently, so I have enough time and motivation on my hands to be pursuing this tenaciously.

I can understand when **** just happens, but when someone apparently purposely (IMHO) acts to defraud me, well, kind of pisses me off.

My sincere sympathies for your recent loss. I can't imagine the pain of that kind of loss
I don't actually have a dog in this race, but I was similarly scammed 35 years ago. When my dad passed we took the money we got from him and bought a few acres. We then took the rest of the cash and put down on a 1500 sg ft manufactured home. Two weeks later we went in to discus exterior paint colors and the gates were locked. We had put $10k down. he scammed several others also. We managed to get about $0.40 on the dollar from his bond, but we had to downsize because of it. That kind of scam absolutely frosts me. It is virtually the same thing Ted and company has done to you.

Didn't EA have an existing factory location and employees capable of turning out product? I think the problem with the new building is just a red herring. It doesn't stop work in the old building, it just affects the business expansion to address the backlog of delivering orders already placed. On the outside looking in, I would think shutting down operations had to do with business operations being disrupted from legal and cash flow issues. If you can't pay employees and suppliers, it is hard to stay in operation. Regardless of the cause, it is a sad situation for EA customers, employees, and suppliers that have been affected.

If you search Everything Attachments news there's a TV news clip a few days ago that may have been posted here.

In the satellite images I posted, (post #852) the smaller long skinny building (has a red marker on it in one image) is their existing manufacturing floor and is 35,000 square feet not counting the front office space. The larger building is 99% complete, awaiting some code compliance details. The new larger building is over 100,000 sq ft.

Doesn't the state attorney general's office help sort these things out?

Any tangible updates of fact regarding EA Attachments closure?

I see a lot of speculation but, with locks on the gates and all the welders out of work, I think it is safe to say they are permanently out of business. Now it is an open question of what is left to make people with deposits or full payments on equipment whole.
