Hi rScotty,
I looked it over pretty well this afternoon. I didn't see any signs of leak until I discovered a hose clamp next to the pump that was not completely around the hose. Must have gotten moved by brush or something rubbing against it. So I wrestled it back into place with channel locks started it up, looked for leaks again. So far, no obvious leaks. There is still some flutter in lifting the loader, but seems to be less than before. I will try it out more in a day or so. Will the air in the system dissipate on its own through the breather cap or something or do I need to bleed out the air somehow?

Cycle your loader functions to and from the full stops each direction and hold it for a few seconds dead heading at each stop. That will force out any trapped air.

Apparently it will dissipate on it's own out the cap although sometimes it takes overnight. I don't know how much air it takes to make a difference. A little bit doesn't seem to matter. I couldn't even see the little splits in the internal wall in my hose until the mechanic took the hose off and stretched it to show them too me. Ours wasn't having trouble with the loader yet, I just didn't like the leak. And I could see the cloudiness due to bubbles in then oil when I looked.

She is working great now. I may change the short hose and clamps anyway just reduce the possibilities of future problems. Really appreciate your help. It probably saved us a lot of money.
