I leveled 20 plus tons of crushed stone today in very cold weather.. couldn't get mine to shudder or clunk under any conditions. I would definitely contact your dealer and have them take a look at things? If it were me I'd have them check it out before you do your 50 hrs service. That way they can't say it was something you did.

Ok, thanks for checking. Maybe your right on calling the dealer before I do my service. I just know they are gonna day bring it in so we can look at it. And they are 2 hours away.

My current and previous Kioti came with a steering wheel tilt mechanism. I would check to make sure that it is fully locked in, just to eliminate one possible variable. The second thing I would check, and I am not saying you haven't, are the nuts and bolts underneath the tractor. Vibrations make these pieces of equipment shed nuts and bolts like a cat shedding hair. While you are at it, check the torque on your lug nuts on your tires, just to eliminate another variable. The book will say to do this periodically.

My last tractor had this bizarre harmonic distortion that was related to the tire pressure with a filled tire. When driving down the road it would vibrate like crazy, 5 more psi changed it completely. You may want to ask about the tire pressure on the filled tires (if they are filled). I wouldn't rule anything out.

I did fined the Hydro fluid that came in my 2610 would really hold a lot air bubbles. I wonder if that may be giving you trouble with your power steering? When I changed my fluid and filters at 50 hours the Chevron THF 1000 does not foam up like the stock fluid. Just a thought?
