Steering Ram Lock?

/ Steering Ram Lock? #3
I have seen them at Caterpillar dealers (not Cat products but lots of demand for use on Backhoe Loaders). One thing - I spent much of my time my last years with Cat at European dealers so that's where I may have seen them. But here is a part number to start with. I no longer have access to prints so I cannot tell you the rod diameter it fits over nor the length, but it is a start. This is in the parts catalog for a 416C Backhoe Loader. This is a sleeve that fits over the cylinder rod, a pin that goes through holes in the sleeve, and a lock that secures the pin in place.

I located another place that has them. Different in design, more expensive but also looks more secure. This one replied to my inquiry, so will see what happens.

I'm really surprised that these things are not more easily available in the US. From what I've read they are one of the best ways to secure a tractor.
