Steering woes on a 1301d

Bryan, you might try this place. They don't sell tractors, only parts and manuals. I have never needed them, but I understand several of the tractor dealers use them for parts.

The block heater is part number 2358980 and is listed as: Engine Block Heater For 135, 155, 165, 169, 180, 186, 187, 195, 220, 240, 226, 276. It may be used in other applications as well. It replaces one of the threaded plugs on the right (exhuast) side of the engine block. I think there are two, and I used the rear one because it was easily accessible. There is another number on it as well 1034, and HH7. I have no idea what those numbers mean. The list price at the Yanmar dealer was $36.82

Just an update on my steering problems. I recieved a used steering collum from tractor Ernie. (thanks Ernie) that I was able to remove the ball nut assy and get to work. I am currantly waiting for the bearings for me to finish putting it together. In the meantime I stripped the tractor so that I can paint it. I will post some pics when it is done. P.S. Does anyone have a set of lenses for the blinker on a 1301D? One of mine was missing the lenses and I wold like to keep the tractor original. Thanks again, Bryan.
