When I first start my TC35D, the fuel guage stays at the same position as when the tractor is off. To get it to read properly, I have to give a couple of taps on the instrument panel, and it does just fine from then on. Anyone else have this happen? My tractor is still under warranty, but I hate to have them come out just to fix that small of a problem.

They will probably just swap instrument panels with you. Just remove the two phillips head screws holding the dash panel in place and lift it up. disconnect the electrical cable and take the whole thing to your dealer for a replacement. This is not something that takes a lot of skill. If you ever have to replace a fuse, you'll have to remove the dash panel. It's quite easy and your dealer should appreciate your saving him a trip. You might give him a phone call first, but I'll bet he will let you do it. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
