I'm wondering if a thirty dollar Frequency counter off E-Bay can detect these systems on a machine.
If someone tried to sell me something nice and new, with large RENTAL stickers on it, I might get suspicious.

The Life360 we have on our cell phones works where there is cell service along with a map where the phone has traveled and how long it has been since it has moved. A service like BobCat offers sounds great.
