Try keeping an eye out on ebay also, and I will look also for you. If you do share the ID numbers, when inquiring to an ebay post, the number plate picture with serial number can be asked for. In fact it should be a requirement now on ebay to post a picture of the tractors, and serial number plate. No pictures, no posting. Especially later models. There was a program on TV last night, can't remember the channel, but the title was efencing. All about all the items stoled from Home Depot, Target, Lowes, etc., that were then placed on ebay for sale. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Has anyone dealt with the insurance that is provided by New Holland when you make the purchase. That is who I suppose I am dealing with. Just wondering if it does cover offsite insurance. I have been watching ebay, and other sites to see if it was to come up.

Loader SN: Y6B370105
Tractor SN: G612564

I will give a reward for information

Well we will see how it all turns out, my New Holland dealer immediately posted a bulletin to other dealers about he warranty work plus notified the credit agencies and insurance agencies. Just no telling how long it will take to get me a new one. I bought this one to help build my new place and for all the agri. work that was going to be needed around it. As I was pouring conrete the other day I told everyone there it had lowjack on it to see if anyone got suspicious because the had been there before, but to no avail. Time will take its course and they will eventually be caught it might take one month or twenty years, but numbers follow numbers.

This sounds simular to what happened to my father awhile back (25 years) when he was building in WV. The gravel people were there early and were hanging around looking at stuff for a few hours while some pipes were being laid. 3 days later, a few of them came back broke into his barn and stole 2 4 wheelers, some guns and other items. These theifts were later in jail after some research by my dad.

Also I think stilling a man's tractor is up there with stilling a man's wife except I would want the tractor back. (just kidding)

Good luck and if there is anything we can do, post it.

Just checked out my insurance through NH and noticed that in the fine print it talks about deductible being waived if your tractor is equipped with a "Global Tracs" theft deterrent system. Anybody know what that is??? How much it costs?? Where you get it??? How does it install??? I'm assuming it's a GPS locator in case your tractor is stolen. Does that cost monthly???

I've had an experience with the insurance company with my tractor and it honestly was a very positive experience to my surprise. My factory NH bumper guard didn't latch properly and crushed my hood and headlights. Watch those things btw, they are faulty and needs stops welded to prevent them from collapsing backward if the latch gives or isn't latched good. I actually still believe it's NH's fault for this problem and warranty should have covered it but I after the dealer totally wasn't even going to ask a rep about it I just decided to try the insurance. To my amazement they gladly covered it, took a faxed estimate from my dealer, and sent me a check made out to me and my dealer. Those plastic hoods and fancy headlight was a whopping $3,800!!!! They first told me I had a $1,000 deductible and after I read the fine print I noticed on tractors less than 60hp the deductible was only $200. I called them and they put me on hold for a couple minutes, came back to the phone and said "your're right" ...we'll be sending you another ck for another $800. I guess you can't beat that when you really need insurance. I thought they were great but i sure don't want to have to use it ever again.

Man if and when I get my NH, the first thing I’m going to do is pull those lights and put them in a safety deposit box. Definitely worth more than gold, in weight.

I’d just as soon drive around with a flash light in one hand, than chance cracking one of them lights. Shhhesh.

My home owners insurance will cover My tractor as long as it is stolen from my property. The policy covers all equipment needed to maintain it and I had them specifically verify the tractor would be covered. Hope i never have to use it

Well the New Holland credit insurance, paid off on my tractor today, actually I went with something called substitution of collateral. They called told me to go and work out a price on the same model of tractor and they would replace it. It actually worked out pretty good, I was able to upgrade to a TC40DA and will pick it up tommorrow. Kudos to Jason Zalud at Landsdowne Moody in South Houston, he helped me alot this is the second tractor in less than six months that I have purchased from him.
