It is somewhere in Texas. I googled the county name and at the top of the page was "adult probation". Made me wonder if it is a bad neighborhood to leave a tractor sitting on a trailer. They didn't have much of a website, so I'm guessing a pretty small population.

A little south and west of Houston, on the coast.
I'm thinking the guys probably doing what ever he can to get his rig back.
Hope he gets it and someone goes to jail. I would like to know the details.
