get lots of drainage for sure. you could also use the larger dry stacking stone/pavers for an edge the 6'x12"x12" ones which are used to make retaining walls. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif many colors to choose form to set the brick off or to compliment it. also there are larger ones which are 18" square by 10"thick /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif guy I work with has some 2000 of those in a wall surrounding his house pool in back some 160 feet long and 6' high /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I have not stopeed in to see it first hand but seen LOTS of great pictures, he also has round stone bolder retaining walls some 4' thick and 7' high dry stacked /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif siomply outstanding. he did most of them by hand by his self too /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

anyhow just a thought. last brick paver / walkway I put in lasted 10 yrs then new owners tore it out as they neglected to keep weeds out of the brick joints and roots forced the sand base appart heaving bricks. though the base wasn't preped very well either ;(

Good reason to get some forks for my loader!! Wow, those are some BIG rocks. I wonder how much ballast I would need to lift them?! Good thoughts though. Shawn
