Storage Building.

It's 8' wide by 10' long
It has T111 sideing - I would have preferd aliminum siding ; but hay a deal's a deal at $450!
It has a shingled gable style roof-I like that better than the Barn style buildings.
It's 5 or 6 years old but looks as good as the new ones i've seen selling for a little over $1500.
It was used very little as all that was ever stored in it was like a washer and dryer and maybe a couple of other appliances.
It'will be perfect for storing a couple of drums of fuel for my tractors in.

I though it was.
I looked at 2 new 8x10 buildings at 2 different dealers.
One had T111 sideing and the Barn style shingled roof $1550.oo.
The one at the other dealers had Aluminum sideing and a gable style aluminum roof it was $1550.oo also.
Both were very nice buildings but the used one I'm getting is as nice as the new ones and looks nearly as good.
At $450.oo I couldn't pass up the $1100.oo savings over new.
Shoot Fire I probably couldn't buy the materials for $450 and even if it could I'd still have to build it myself.

I feel pretty good about it.
The roll back truck is to pick it up Monday morning .
After it's unloaded here and blocked up I have to dig a 40 foot trench for the elcctric line.
Yea More seat time!
After that comes moving My diesel drum and pump storage set up from the carport to the Building = more seat time .
After I get everything switched around it's going to be a lot nicer in the building than it is in this carport.

Everyone I've ever known usually stores 110%....Bigger building, OH BOY, More I can Store! Don

I have 2 other buildings a 22X76 with 6 stalls and a 30x52 with 4 stalls.
Also there is a 2 stall 24x20 car port.

The 8x10 building is mainly for my diesel pump and drum storage rig and a string trimmer chain saw three push mowers and a 5 gallon can of gas.

I wanted to get the diesel fuel out of and away from the carport.
The 8x 10 building will be 37 feet away from any other building on the property.
I would have liked to have gotten it 50 feet away from the other buildings,but the room ya have is the room ya got.

UP DATE.
The Building Just about didn't make it here today.
The roll back was following behind me .
He was following me because he didn't have directions to where he was taking the building.
About 6 miles from here some woman yacking on a cell phone pulled from of A side street right out in front of me when I was practically right on top of her.
I slammed on the brakes and was almost sure I was going to get her broadside.
Fortunately I got stopped about 1 to 2 feet from the car.
She was so far out in front of me that I had to wait on her to back up to get out of my way before I could continue. __________________It was a real close call that shook me and my wife up a bit.

Got the ditch dug yesterday and coduit and wire placed in the ditch today so should have elect in the building soon.
Tomorrows plan = back fill the ditch.
