Storage places in RTV

There is some unused space under the hood of the RTV.
If you were careful about what you were setting it on, you could place a plastic tool box in there. Maybe first put down a piece of rubber belting for cushioning.

I have one of FL_Crackers toolboxes in on top of my factory bedliner, as well as the glove box which I put together from the parts I ordered separately. But I just ordered one of these: Overhead Organizer
I'll let you know how it works.

I have a toolbox that drops in the bed and is mounted with a J-Bolt that make removal a five minute project. See attached picture...

Hey Dargo: I got the overhead organizer I posted about earlier. I didn't like it much. I sit pretty tall and installed in the front it dangles too low for me to have good vision ahead. I couldn't get it to hang in the back with the cab roof in place. Plus, with the rifle scabbard I have hanging just above the seat it pretty much completely blocks the view to the rear. It was a good idea that didn't work. It's for sale now on eBay.

I bought the same toolbox from FL_Cracker about a year and a half ago. I had it way back when I had the drop in Kubota bed liner in my RTV. I took that out and had a sprayed in Rhino Liner in early summer '05. The toolbox fits fine with either bedliner and is quality made. I don't recall the price. It's not cheap, but I didn't want "cheap".

Anybody need an RTV bedliner?

The tool boxes are about $235.00 plus shipping and made of aluminum tread plate, powder coated black, double stainless steel interlocking paddle latches.

Very nice box and I still use mine every day.
