Look at the shadows as it reminds me of the Technicolor 'outdoor' scenes shot on a film stage; I'd say its Photoshopped.

Below is the link to the source....be sure to check out the video of it in action. Pretty clever video work to say the least. In my course of finding the source, I did find the EnglishRussia.com site very interesting. There are tons of interesting photos depicting life in Russia.
