After the service rep exhausted the list of possibilitys on his puter, and went running for help, it occurred to me, the wonderful lying bustards at Frontier Telephone who have been telling us to start using 585 haven't configured their equipment to squack 585 yet, it's still squacking 716.
Things will definitely get better, now that ****izens is running Frontier, and financing that takeover with REA money from the government.
