I knew a guy that had a small business selling husky equipment and Redmax......now out of business. But one day he told me that when he did warranty work he would recieve a credit on his bill from Husky. He had huge cash flow problems and finally had to close his doors. He did a lot of warranty work for Lowes....so his sales on new equipment was low and his warranty work was high. He could never use the credits since he had a hard time selling the new stuff. I do not know if this true.....but I could see how iot would be rough on a small business.
