Next summer I intend to strip my deck of the oil based coatings applied over the past 5 years. I have put on a coat 3 times in 5 years and I am just not happy with the way it looks despite all the work. Have any of you used a stripper with any success? Oh, wait let me re-phrase that...Have any of you used a wood deck stripper with any success? In a perfect world, I'd love to not have to cover the plants that surround the deck but don't know if there anre any products out there that won't harm plantings. Just wondering if any of you had a product you were happy with.

Thanks,
