Hi
I'm hoping someone out there can help me with a problem I'm having with my Kubota L2900 GST.
I was rolling a boulder with the bucket and I lost the scoop motion, meaning "bucket up". I removed the hydraulic valve body and brought it to the dealer. They tested it's operation and could not find fault with it.
I reinstalled the valve body and disconnected the lines at the bottom of the cylinders, moved the control to the scoop position and fluid flows out the lines.
Upon reconnecting the lines the "scoop" worked once and then again got stuck in the "dump" position.
Would anyone out there have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Rich

Sounds like you may have a bent cylinder.

I know nothing about the hydrolics (I can't even spell it) but if it worked once after reconnecting, I would suspect a bad coupling. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

As mentioned, I bet the cylinder(s) is/are bent - if this is the case, you will only create more problems by trying to cycle the cylinders as seal material and chrome flakes will start to course through the hydraulic system = not good.
