Stuck Garage Doors

I take a towel and some synthetic grease, I have to do it a couple of times a year, but it does the job. Just a thin film, I guess I will have to mark that as a to do on the Calendar.

i wonder how "fluid film" would work here,
non toxic, good staying power, and won't hurt
anything if tracked inside.
