I have a DK35 and love it. Great tractor! I was out the other day helping the neighbor move some things with the loader and put the tractor in low range. When I went to put it back in high range it wouldn't budge. I cheked all the linkage and it's fine. Do you guys know of any tricks to get it out of low range? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for the help!

Are you disengaging the clutch while shifting between High and Low ?

Also, is it HST or gear ?

I noticed on my CK20 HST while going from Low to High, I sometimes have to let out the clutch and just give a little tap on the HST pedal and than disengage the clutch again and it slides right into gear.

It is gear drive not hydrostatic. I have tried pressing in the clutch all the way as well as feathering the clutch and neither worked.

Follow the linkage back to the case and spray it down with WD40.... let is sit for a few and do it again.. Then try to move the lever.... repeat the process seveal times.. this should free it up...

I've had that happen before with both gear and HST drives. Mostly when in 4 wheel drive. I found that if your in 4 WD make sure front wheels are straight and start moving in gear then while rolling I was able to disengage 4WD and change from low to med. or high range. Seems that when in 4WD and the wheels were turned it kinda put extra pressure on the drivetrain but once rolling was able to easily get it out of low range. Hope this is the same problem you have and this procedure will cure it.
