Stuck in the mud

/ Stuck in the mud #41
I would never remove the loader even if not working with it. When I owned a 2-wheel drive tractor (JD 2350) by using the curling action of the bucket, it backed me out of stuck situations more than once. Slow going, but it worked.

Younger then and always pushing my luck.

Don't need the loader to push you out when it's not on the tractor :) I've never got the 2wd stuck with the loader off. Pushed myself out lots with the loader on :)

Curling the bucket just moves the dirt not the tractor. I've had better luck lifting the wheels and putting planks under the front tires.

When you got it to that point you are really stuck :) I watched a guy dig a hole in front of him the whole arc of the loader and bucket until he gave up.
