Stuck with a BH92 backhoe I can't use

Your issue is with your dealer, not a bracket. Your dealer needs to deliver what was ordered and bought, or is there more to the story?

That's pretty much the story, I ordered the tractor in March it was in a few weeks later, I was told it would be delivered on a Tuesday, that Friday after no one called me I contacted them and they told me the brackets were missing when it came in. So I waited a couple more weeks and then took delivery without the backhoe. That was my mistake, I should have canceled the order right then. But I was being nice since I didn't want the dealer to be stuck with the tractor since I special ordered it, dumb me. Trust me, I still like my Kubota's, really all I want is my darn backhoe, I've been wanting one for 30 years.

Your dealer is still on the hook to deliver the correct subframe then. If he balks, go to Kubota Corp. He can't just dump a backhoe in your yard without the subframe.

Thanks, will do, it's starting to become nightmare, nothing like making payments on something you don't even have, if I had it to do over again I would have never have bought it and just stuck with my shovel.

I think I'd call the dealer and tell him not to deliver the backhoe until he had the subframe.

get the dealer to make it right!, no if's and's or but's.

as others aid, contact kubota corp. along with get in contact with there regional person.
if it has gotten to a specific point, contact BBB, state attorneys office. while they can not directly force dealer. they can bring pressure. to help get issues resolved. and if anything act as a third party mediator. most likely cost of tractor with backhoe. is over small claims max claim. so regular court it would be and a lawyer.

Well, I believe I will tell them not to deliver it. The dealer does seem like good people, I'm not out to cause a problem for them. I just want them to get off their behind and solve the problem even if they have to order another complete subframe, of course that would take another three weeks. I wonder how I would go about contacting Kubota, I've been looking around for some contact info? Thanks again

They sure are causing you a problem. Getting them to deliver on your deal is not you causing them a problem.

Someone needs to figure out if the missing pieces were never shipped from the warehouse, stolen/lost in transit or wandered off somewhere after arriving at the dealer. Whatever the issue, you need to have a calm, honest talk with the "boss man" at the dealer... whether it's the general manager, owner or whatever... about the fact you bought an expensive backhoe from them that cannot be installed on your even more expensive new Kubota because somewhere between the warehouse and the dealer, some key parts went missing. Kubota will have a regional representative whose job includes helping owners and dealers solve problems with shipping and deliveries. Ask the "boss man" who this person is and how you can get in touch with him if needed. Then tell him you want some honest answers about what happened and how he intends to make it right.

While the complete subframe kit appears to be available they don't want to buy that and no one at Kubota wants to "rob" them from a complete kit. You will probably need to get someone at Kubota to authorize robbing them Or get the dealer to order a complete kit and then work on brackets Or get the dealer to get someone to order direct from the subframe supplier (Kubota?) and air freight them to you. If you can get the right people interested this could be solved in a week. You can move parts all over the world in a few days if you try.

I think thats exactly what happened, unfortunately I think Kubota was kind enough to authorize someone to steal the brackets out of my kit and left me holding the bag. I am going to call the owner tomorrow, like usual I'm sure he won't answer the phone. He only answered it once for me when he was trying to convince me to buy it. Thanks
