Very True… it’s as one engineer quoted as a miniature scale full blown treatment plant.

Going through drain field and pump tank replacement on my home right now while trying to sell it.
We have permit, design & approval.
I don’t want to piss the buyer off, so I plan on crediting the buyer the cost of the system to keep the sale from going down the crapper. 😁

Lots of students in Austria and some just keep studying well into their 20's with stipends and paid tuition
Went to my 20 yr high school reunion and saw old friend George K. Learned he was still in school, never stopped taking classes, and still had years to go in academia.

I asked how he paid the bills. He said student loans, various grants, and following grad it opened up a new world to pursue and receive research grants.

At the time I thought it was a perilous house of cards. But since then I've seen the forgiveness of student loan debt and now ask myself why I didn't do the same-- would have been a lot easier!

Depends on what old George is still studying. Cure for cancer or the mating habits of the Blue Balled Amazon Monkey?

Please don't confuse rural MO with St Louis or KC
I hate going near STL actually I hate getting close to an interstate. :ROFLMAO:
On that note STL is really easy to pass right through going elsewhere. Went through yesterday.

In case anyone is interested, the arch is still there! 😂

Also, just 20 minutes east of STL is the world’s largest catsup bottle.

Small town to you folks but the city in my eyes. Walmart and fast food like 40 minutes from here.

That has not been my experience. Every time I've driven through the area traffic was moving maybe 15 mph no matter which Interstate I tried.

Gotta drive around that place whenever possible.

My previous and current employers would/will pay for up to 6 credit hours per semester at any state college as long as you got a C or better. So you could get a 4 year degree in 8 years, but completely free. Not many take advantage of it. No long game in their plans. The ones that did take advantage of it are all doing really well.
