Stump dig out

Started this morning to dig out a stump.I cut the tree down last fall a 40 ft spruce in my front yard.Well after 2 hrs of busting my butt my neighbor comes over to see what's going on.Ten minutes later here he comes with his excavator.It's great to have good neighbors with big toys!
5 minutes later history.I owe him a steelhead fishing trip later this week.He wouldn't take anything but he likes to fish.

Nice! Like you I'm fortunate where as neighbours we are always there when someone needs a hand. No expectations, just a good feeling knowing you were able to lend a hand. Good to see. :thumbsup:

No trade I take him ocean striper fishing all the time.We were talking after he finished I told him I went steelhead fishing 2 weeks ago.He said he never fished for steelhead and I asked him if he wanted to go.Besides being my neighbor he is a good friend.
The pay off was a case of golden monkey by victory brewing co a local micro brewery.My neighbor Ryan is just good people.

nice, looks like it took about 2 strokes from excavator to release the "stump"... living in the Pacific NW i wonder why you would want to remove a spruce tree, did it fall victim to some sort of rot or other? speaking of steelhead, we fish them here in the fall and winter.. great fish but they are elusive little buggers..
