A 22 year old near where I work was a real winner. HE had a childs 4 wheeler and would make the 1/4 mile ride down the road to the store. looked like a bulldog breeding a chihuaua. He ran into the back of a car that stopped at the stop sign and he and his mother tried to sue the lady and the town for not stopping him from riding an ATV on the road.
