Does anyone know of inexpensive usable turf type tread tubeless truck tire in 33-12.50-15 NHS (1989 755 Deere compact utility) that I can substitute for my OEM Goodyear Turf Tires (Terra Tire Soft Trac 4 ply in that size. I bought the tractor new in 1989. It has only 1108 plus hours and has always run well. The original rear tires still have tread and hold air but are getting questionable from sidewall cracking. I only use it for minor mowing and light loader work.
Is there a good reason not to use truck tires as a substitute? The new turf tires are $400+each and Id rather not spend it if not needed. They have never calcium solution in them. Any other thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
