oops...I believe you'll find the vent hose for the gearcase on the top of the transmission under the seat or if it's a cab model, under the rear seat pan. the vents are located....
Thank you for that info. I cannot find any real confirmation on where these are, or how many. I have a cab model and it looks like those lines are darn near impossible to get to easily. There is a breather toward the front/firewall right behind the motor on the trans that I was able to get to. It seemed to have a bit of an obstruction. I cleared it out but still have the issue. So I will have to see how I can get the rear breather off (and then back on) that under the cab/seat area... I noticed there are 2 tubes that run up the back of the cab, coming out of the trans, near the 3pt and rear remote area, on the outside of the cab, from that part of the trans area. I checked those well but it looks like I need to remove it completely to be sure. From the odor, one seemed to be fuel, the other hydraulic. Unfortunately, the other end is buried under the cab.

Something new I found in this area while looking for clues: After running for a bit - water dripping down from that area. It's was very hot out and I had the AC running. Possibly AC condensation run off? It didn't have a smell to it and was just clear, watery drips. coming out of that breather tube area, running off the side of the trans. Again, this was under the cab so not like rain could have easily gotten in that area. Not sure if it is related or not. I can't say I've ever noticed water dripping from there but I may not been looking...

Anyway...
I ran the tractor for a bit and it seems like no matter how much fluid comes out, when I check the dipstick it stays at the same - overly full, level.
I also confirmed that the radiator is completely full of coolant so I'm pretty certain it's not due to any coolant leak.

The search continues but I do thank everyone for the help and advice - or once I get to the rest of the tubes, how it goes.

There is only ONE breather hose for the transmission and it's located on top of the gearcase about half way up under the seat / floor pan and it's tough to reach. I bought a sintered bronze air muffler cartridge and put on the end of of mine to keep the crud and insects out of it.

That is the fuel tank overflow breather hose, leas on mine it is. I presume you have low mount fuel tanks like mine.

Update on this - and thanks for the suggestions and help!

I found the vent tubes on my Kubota 8560. See the picture below. There is one on the left side, where I had removed the hose already. There was another tube on the right, still clamped in this pic.
Both were a pain to remove but I got them off. That thin LED light I bought w/ a coupon at Harbor Freight really came in handy! Anyway - like @5030 said, that was the location. The only thing I'm not certain of is the number of tubes I found there.
The one w/o the clamp came up and connected to a metal U shaped vent on the cab, next to the rear window. The other, right side/clamped connected to a plastic T, that then split two way, one to each lift arm of the 3pt hitch. The left one came off and was clear.
The right one..I finally got off, and blew through it. A clump of something shot out like a spitball! So I cleaned out everything I could and it is NO longer pushing up through the dipstick hole!

I operated it and checked it several times. No longer spewing out not running, or running, cold or hot. So hopefully that was all and I can go finish brush hoggin'! Thanks again everyone - appreciate it.

The one under the cab on top of the gearbox is a bugger to get to. Like I said, I added a small air muffler to mine. McMaster Carr has them, so does Grainger and Motion Industries and you might find them on Amazon as well. I only have one for the gearbox, the others are vents for the fuel tanks (I have twin saddle tanks on my M's.

Your big worry now is if the pressure compromised any of the seals. Time will tell on that.
