This might give you some ideas to make a lifter for your lane grader. And maybe light-duty pallet forks....pull 3 tires behind the tractor bolted in the shape of a triangle to groom the road but a D right bolted somewhere to it should make for an easy attachment point.
Suggestions please.
I cobbled together this rear forks assembly for a specific task 20 years ago. It's still in use and has never bent. Aside from carrying pallets, I use it to lift a light lane-grader as well.
I estimate its weight capacity is 800 lbs. This tractor's 3-point is rated 750 lbs and I had to remove some water before I could lift these three cans, 750 lbs plus 100 lbs for the forks and platform.
But no damage to the forks bouncing over rough ground.
Next photo - lane grader under construction, also cobbled together from scrap. The cross chain is to lift it. Next construction step was short chains from each front corner, to hooks that grab each fork upright.
I lower the forks onto the grader for added weight on its front edge. I could put ballast near the middle but don't seem to need it.
If you want a permanent 3-point mount for your lane grader, it could be like this.
