Well, good question.... Some do, some dont.. They were phased in for the "green states" a few years back.. To my knowledge, they all have them now(across the country).. Of course thats subject to weight restrictions.. If its a Super Duty since '99, theres a good chance that extra bulge is a cat.. Your dealer could tell you for sure(a good parts guy or the tech, dont ask the advisor)..
