Summit tractor: Are they still in business?

Does anyone know if Summit tractor is still in business? I looked on-line, but cannot locate a service dealer....anywhere in the US. At least within 500 miles of me. I have been kicking around the idea of maybe buying another sub-compact, but the only place I can find that even has one in stock is a Home Depot. They only have one. I know Home Depot isn't going to have spare parts or offer any service. Does anyone own one? What have you been doing for parts or warranty service?

I did look at one at Atwoods. Summit dealers do not do repairs, only sales. Repairs are handled by 3rd part independent repair shops. Only one repair shop within 100 miles of me is a tractor dealer, the others are mower dealers or feed stores. The one tractor dealer doesn't even sell Summit tractors, only Tractor Supply or Atwoods sells them in Texas. Too high priced for me and not convinced of their longevity. I just bought a New Holland 25S, a similar sized tractor with loader and mid-mount mower for $14,900. And the NH dealer took a Kubota F-series mower in on trade, something TSC and Atwoods will not do.

Today I saw an ad for them in the paper for 18K and some change, they actually look pretty good, but I have no idea about after sale service.

I think one of the biggest selling points was that it is a fully optioned 25HP unit for the cost of a stripped down legacy brand. I think it even includes rim guard ballast.

If I were looking for a sub compact 25HP unit, I'd probably consider it. They were suppose to have a canned unit available this fall, so we will see how that develops. If it doesn't, it may spell bad things for them as a whole.
