If you would like my opinion? Here goes.
L35- Good unit
GST is OK to use, some shifting lag and a bit tricky on slopes
Nice to have the accelerator pedal for some speed and power changes
Good loader lift power -1600#? not enough for some of my needs
Loader self leveling was fair but a bit jerky and would only start at about 4 feet off the ground-may be the linkage?
Loader float position is fast and good.
Strong little hoe
Swing motion is not smooth because it uses the same pump and the booms and buckets.
Loader lift hieght is not as high as I would like-107"?
L48 is a v-strong machine
Loader action is v-smooth
Loader lift is good-2500#
Loader lift reach is just enough to load large trucks-125"
I added a 4in1 bucket and front hydraulics and it is excellent
HST is far superior to GST in ease of use and tight spots
Shifting on the fly to other ranges I have never done?
A bit slow in the mid range for longer loader runs.
Swivel and step through seat is a better system then the L35
(I am working on an improvement of this)
Hoe is pound for pound the same strength as the L35
Reach is much better than almost any CUT BH- 11' w/2' bottom
Boom swing is smooth and done at any time because it has its own pump circuit.
BH removal on either unit is easy and fast.
Weakest points I have found? Neither has a sloped hood design for loader view-few tractors do. Fuel in on hood. Needs more gauges.
Axillary hydraulics do not come standard.
Cost money!
