Have you seen the video of the FBI plant with a bullhorn? Urging the crowd to go forward? He was only one of many.
Have you seen any of the citizens carrying firearms? NO.
Have you heard/read that many of the "assaults" on officers never happened?
And, of course, you know the only fatality was a female military veteran?
And - to answer you directly - YES, they were rightfully enraged - and - as citizens we have a responsibility to preserve our republic against enemies within.

How "rightfully enraged" do you gotta be beat on police with a flag pole and chant about hanging someone? It sucks we lost but none of that was justified.

We lost, have the backbone to own up to it and let's figure out how to win the next one. To compare losing an election to the founding fathers is ridiculous.
