Last year they were down, as well as their phones. I was beginning to panic, as they are one of my favorite sources and was depending on them for some parts. They were back up after a short while. :sweating:

Called the 800 number (1 800 488-3407) and they didn't know for sure, but thought later this afternoon they would be back up on the web site.

Thanks for the info. I looked for my printed catalog and couldn't find. Makes me wonder how much they lost in sales for the last few days. Did they give any indication for the problem?

Hi I am in australia and have read surplus centre ships world wide I just can't get an email reply from them.Any one else here in oz dealt with these guys their prices look great and even with the exchange rate still a lot cheaper than here cheers

I have dealt with them before. They are slow with their response to e-mail. I would call if possible. They are a legit company. Hope this helps.

Don't know about international service, but I've had great luck with them. I don't know enough about hydraulics to figure out what I want from their catalog, so I've always called them for assistance. If you have any doubts about what you need to buy or are trying to accomplish, call them on the phone and talk to them. Everything that I've bought from them has NOT been in their catalog.
