i would report this to the local better business bureau and to the state attorney general's office about possible deceptive trade practices. like the others said, that kind of price for a small compact tractor over 20 years old is way way too high. for just a few thousand more you can get a brand new unit from one of the "BIG THREE" and have something that is new and popular and easy to get service and parts for. i would also tell the dealer about their sales technique AFTER i reoprted them to the authorities. this kind of nonsense needs to be stopped. good luck!
