Switching parts from one JD 670 to another

I am looking at the parts and diagrams now.


Do you think 7K is a good price for a JD 670 with loader? 800 hours.

It depends on the tractor, Was it kept inside what is the condition ? Any pictures ?

It was stored inside some years ... others years not. 1 owner. Some rust. As I mentioned, ours in in better shape, but the other has fewer hours.

I don't know 7k down on a new tractor , once you try a hst tractor you wont want a gear shift trans.

How many hours on yours? If it were me, I keep the best condition tractor, reguardless which swap was easier. Neither swap sounds that hard to me.

Ours has 1200 hours and always stored in barn. NO rust very good condition. Really like it.
I have been looking for more than a year and have not seen anything thing at or less than this cost wise with FEL.
We really need a loader for various farm chores so it would be of great value to us.
Leaning toward getting it , using it and then figure out if we have the capability to swap and decide which one to sell.

1200 hours is "nothing" I would move the hydraulics and loader to yours and sell the donor tractor.
