SX3100 coming out of 4 WD on its own

When I first saw the new SX3100 I thought they might leave it too! My dealer is very good and I am very confident that he will work this problem through to a proper resolution. Unless they can resolve the parts/tolerances etc. issue with exacting specificity to resolve this problem it will take delivering a new machine to do it. I'll post the resolution whatever it is once received.

My SX3100 is now fixed!!!! As it turned out Yanmar did have a replacement spring for the 4WD mechanism which places more tension to keep it in gear. It is actually a spring within a spring. I have used my tractor on my sloped drive averaging approximately 24% for the past several weeks to be sure the problem no longer exists, with and without loads, and it stays in gear...excellent! My dealer was very instrumental in getting this completed and all work, as expected, was covered under the warranty including the trailering costs to and from the dealer. All good.
