Synthetic oil okay in the NAA?

Seems harder to find conventional oil now days. Is syn okay to use?

Auto Zone as well as Advance and O'really sells conventional straight weight motor oil in quarts and gallons. I use it 30 weight non detergent in my pressure washer crankcase. I would not use synthetic oil in it.

I've used Shell Rotella 15w-40 diesel engine oil in my old Fords for many years. Walmart has good prices on it: Robot or human?

Synthetic oil is perfectly fine to use in older equipment.

Synthetic oil is perfectly fine to use in older equipment.

Except that the vehicle may develop oil leaks. Known problem when putting free-flowing synthetic oil in an old vehicle with a lot of miles on it.

My 850 (same engine as the NAA) has lived on synthetic oil from the first day I got it, no problems.

T4 is a synthetic blend oil. T6 is full synthetic.
