Yes, I have one of T-N-T's 20' x 21' carports as you can see in the attachment. We've had it now for nearly 11 months (since October 21, 2003) and I'm well pleased with it. Of course, if I'd known then what I know now, I'd have dealt directly with T-N-T. In searching the web for such a carport, I found a site in Kansas selling them and that's who I bought it from. However, I learned that he simply sells them on the Internet, gets a 10% commission (the down payment in advance), then sends the order to T-N-T. I ordered it on 10-9-03 and was told it might be a couple of weeks before they installed it. On 10-17-03 (Friday), a lady called on the phone for detailed directions to get here from a town about 150 miles south of us and said they would be here to install it on 10-20-03. When no one had shown up or called by 7:30 p.m. on 10-20-03 (Monday), I sent an e-mail to the guy I had made the deal with (I thought I just might have fallen for a scam). Anyway, within a few minutes he responded and after a couple of e-mails, he called me on the phone. Then while we were on the phone, after 8 p.m., the installer called to say their trailer lights had quit working and asked if it would be all right for them to be here the next morning. I agreed and they were here at 6 a.m. the next morning; two guys in a nearly new Ford F350 crew cab diesel dually 4WD, pulling a specially built trailer. I thought they would have local installers, but these guys live in Mt. Airy, NC, and that's where the truck and trailer were registered. They said the trailer would haul 16 carports at a time. Since it was still quite dark outside when they got here, we drank coffee and waited until daylight for them to start, but they were through and ready to leave at 8:30 a.m.
A long story that you're probably not interested in /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif, but yes, I'd recommend them and use them again. Of course, they have a lot of different sizes, but the one I got cost $795 plus sales tax, installed.
