weeble,

Hang in there your emotions are getting the better of you.(it's a lot of money)
Your dealer and the people they have working there are Honest (tech pointed it out to you) and believe it or not they are on your side.

Give them a chance to make it right --They will.
The fact that they came on here shows they care.
You made the right choice going with NH and your dealer.
enjoy your new tractor your going to love it.

I feel compelled to respond to "Weeble's" issues with his T1030. As always there are two sides to everything and while I would prefer not to have to point this out in a public forum, this is only a response to protect our reputation as I feel there are discrepencies in the issues as listed.

First, we did forget to load the tires. It was our service tech that noticed it immediately and he made the call to us to have it corrected - which was done at once.

Secondly, there have been minor issues with the tractor, and we have conveyed (almost daily) that our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, the "money back" route is not an option. However, the T1030 is a good machine and we will do whatever we can to make sure that our customers are happy.

Lastly, we are picking the machine up today and hope to resolve any outstanding issues. Hopefully, further communication on this issue through public forum will not be necessary.

I wish we could always get the other side of these issues. Sounds like you all are a stand up dealership and intend to take care of the customer who has had some legit customer service issues and, justifiably is a little scared at this point that he's spent a bundle on what he is afraid is a lemon.

Hopefully, at the conclusion of this we will read that the customer is happay and the dealership also threw him something more than a free gimme cap for his extra, and unnecessary, aggravation. :D

Something that people sometimes don't know about, with regard to getting your money back, is that when a tractor is sold new is it elligible for low-rate financing, or a cash discount. But only once.

So your dealer could give you your money back, but then he's got a nearly new tractor that would have to be financed at around 10%. Plus, the warranty has already started. A tough sell.

I too had the same issue (TC40) with the steering wheel logo being all of a sudden moved from 12:00 to 2:30. I posted this problem and jinman also advised me that it was a normal and to be expected phenomena due to the designed hydraulic steering system. Try hard cranking the wheel tight right or left and you will feel and see it slip, just hard crank it in the opposite direction to bring it back to 12:00!

If your emblem is upside down, does that mean you have rolled the tractor and don"t even realize it? lol ;)
