T1510 questions

Is the T1510 the same thing as a plain ol' Ford 1510?
I'm in the market for a used tractor, and there's a Ford 1510 (3 cyl diesel) near me for sale with a bush hog. The tractor looks pretty clean except the rear tires are shot (dry rotted real bad). He says it's 26 hp, but most of the info I've read online suggests it's a 22 hp(?) He bought it used several years ago from a dealer. The bush hog looks old.
He's asking $3800, I'm thinking to offer him $3K and see what happens. It's been sitting there a few weeks now.

first time poster. bought a 1520 3 months ago. holy **** what a tractor. we moved cedars, dug out ash trees cleared brush for a new road and other stuff. and BTW I did bury it in the sandy mud /muddy sand and had to pull it out with a 1988 suburban . what a hoot. the dealer moved me toward the 1520 vs the plastic models and am I happy. Thank god for the RPS because when you get cocky you tend to try to dig too deep or lift too much ....... had both rear wheels off the ground. still learning and having fun
