T330 Tool wire tied to F.E.L. joystick ?

What is this, must be important since it was wire tied to F.E.L. joystick ?

Is it the joystick lock out mechanism? Prevents the joystick from being moved. I'm just guessing as I've never had my joystick apart....

Or do you think it is needed for something else on your tractor? I've never seen anything like it. Kind of looks like throttle control arm.

The hole in this, has a wear mark/ring where it must have had a bolt holding it to...?

Does your FEL float? It looks like the locking mechanism to hold it in float as memory serves me. I will look at my 353 when I get a chance.
