The tach on my TC 25 did not work while I was running my tractor today. Only has 200 hours of use on it. Any idea what the cause might be? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or repair?

Check for a blown fuse.

Did oil/gen/alt lamp work with key on, before start?

Yes, all indicator lamps, lights, etc. worked. Where are the fuses located? (I bought the tractor used and do not have any of the manuals)

Don't know for sure on your rig but on the Class IIIs the fuses are right behind the instrument cluster.

Open the hood and they're on the left side (driver's right) of the firewall, behind a flexible rubber door.
