I walk the logging trails every morning. About 2 miles and 1/2 again in the afternoon to pick up discarded coats and gloves etc.

I think Mr coyote is back. For a long time he would leave me a duce dead in the middle of my driveway. You would need a tape measure to see how close he/she gets to middle, very very accurate.

This morning I noticed he/she left another calling card, it's been a while. Nothing new but....

I little farther down the trail i saw this! A little turkey omelette action?

Must be a common practice. The coyotes will leave a "marker" right at the very beginning of my driveway. Just to let me know that they are still around. As if I couldn't hear them - all night long.

The resident coyotes here like the center of our 1400 foot gravel driveway to relieve themselves.

We very seldom hear them and only see them on game cams. So far we have stayed out of each other's way.

Around here adults very seldom make noise but the pups are different story.

I never hear them. I lived in the woods outside portland and seems there you would hear them often.

One nite out there i heard some sounds like i have never heard before.

Next day neighbor told me his chicken coop got attacked and they killed all 18 of his chickens. What a noise!
