Wow, a few gremlins setting up residence in your toolcat.....good luck!
You may not need a puller. Try installing the nut back on loosely.Leave some room for the steering to move upward. Pull upwards on the steering while giving a SHARP BLOW to the nut with a soft hammer.That may pop it loose.Thanks Jabonee. I couldn稚 reach behind it to get to the tabs. It痴 out now so I値l check those wires and let you know. The fuses are good, but I have had trouble with the relays.
On the steering wheel it turns out I need a puller to get it off the spline.
