So, there are no left-handed people over there?

It's the 21st century...how long does it take some people to figure out toilet paper exists? Maybe Charmin ought to set up shop over there, eh?

OK, here I go again with another pointless story. hahaha

When I was on a hunting trip on a ranch in Namibia, the owner of the ranch drove us by some homes he has on his property for his workers. As we passed by, we saw a guy going number 2 off in the bushes, near the homes. I asked why he didn't use the toilet inside. The reply was that all the toilets were filled with rocks. They absolutely refused to wipe with toilet paper!!! For them scraping with a rock is much prefered. He also said that none of them have ever had hemeroids either, but I was never sure if he was joking with me or not on that one. But on the issue of rocks in the toilets, he wasn't joking. It was something that cost him allot of money to put in, only to have it go to waste.

Eddie, To each their own. But that is gross. No wonder they don't do anything with their left hands. You might think they are still in the dark ages using rocks to wipe with.

Yeah, cutting down a tree, boiling it in water until it falls apart, re-arranging its molecules on heated belts, drying it, rolling it into huge rolls, rolling it into small rolls, packaging it in plastic, putting it on a truck, driving it to a warehouse, taking it out of the truck, putting it on another truck, taking it to a store, putting it on a shelf, driving to the store, taking it off the shelf, taking it home and putting it in the closet, then when you need it, the roll is empty because the last person that used it didn't bother to replace it sure sounds a lot more modern than picking up a rock.

The left/right hand issue is very important. Since the left hand is dirty, and people did not have/use forks/spoons eating was done by hand. The right hand of course.

AND the eating was done out of big pots/pans that EVERYONE ate out of as well. And there is/was a hierarchy. The most important people ate first, then the second most, etc., until the food was gone or the people where full.

Since some middle eastern countries cut off the hand of a thief, the right hand of course, the punishment has many different layers....

The thief now only has a dirty hand.
The dirty hand has to be used to eat with.
Its pretty obvious the guy is a thief.
Are you going to invite him over for dinner?
He can no longer eat communally with everyone else.

So the person with a left hand only is now a scanvenger eating the leftovers and scraps. He then eventually dies from starvation. Sounds like a good way to get rid of criminals.

I got offended by a comment AND an apology. That's a two-on-one fast break offense. 2 offenders, 1 offendee, or is that vice versa? Now I'm confused and offended.
