Ive seen this guys mother sheriff aint that desperate yet lol They dont seenm to punish anyone that doesnt have money, not quite that but if they dont have anything by choice they let the slink by. There was some thugs cut my younger brother off in town on a bypass and ran him off the road and let their truck roll into his car. They got out to whip him and realized they werent after him he sped of to call the law. The The chief of police, thats now our sheriff told Matt he couldnt file charges on them. Matt was 16 or 17. Pops told him that the COP didnt know crap and how would he have like his kids to go through it. Well after that My little brother got served papers for leaving the scene of an accident. The Judge horse laughed the COP for helping the boys renouned trouble makers file that charge. Now COP is the high sheriff. You supposedly can have a certain amount of alcohol here if its bought in MS but the nearest MS location is 22 miles away for beer. Alabama 4 miles away has Liquor stores, It has something to do aboutthe taxes. But they dont check the town cops and the Deputies take it all. They usuall yset up at the state line. Doesnt make sens all the other counties on the sides of us make money off of it and all we get is the empty bottles.
One of my friends was on a horse comming back from trail ride and got a DUI He's fairly reputable got a good job and all doesnt cause trouble They stuck it to him for about 4800 bucks plus all the counseling. The same night hislow life brother inlaw thats also our age got a DUI after running from the cops 2 hours and tearing up lots of property, Ond his 3rd DUI thats mandatory 6 to 12 months in the state pen. He was out and had a hardship liscence 2 days later. Sometimes I think the harder you work to have something the less it pays off.
