Got my pricing on the BX23s with FEL, backhoe, BHthumb, 3 pt hitch, drive over 60" mower. $22,800.00 I don't know if that's any good. Got another price, $800 higher from another dealer as well. The MF is not worth paying more for the more I look at it.

The dealer with the lower cost is also 10 minutes from my door.
Go for it! :D The few dollars you are quivering about will be long forgotten and you will love it for a good long time.

Look at blue. My price for the same thing was around $18K. My MMM is not drive over though, but I think some of the ones available now are. I also got quotes for two red brands that were nearly the same as the two orange and green.

LS tractors look legit. I was watching vids on Tony's tractor adventure YOutube channel, saw some nice features other scuts don't.

That's a decent deal if it includes the third function loader valve (to use a grapple or front snow blade) its a $660 option and well worth it to add it now vs later. This list on the Kubota web site is $24800 with the 54" deck and third function valve included. So about 9% off list with the third function included.

I live on the NH coast - 11 acre, about 4 acres of gardens and lawns. About 6 acres of trees lot of wet areas (high water table with lots of ledge), all relatively flat, driveway is only about 175 ft long, I don't mind a rear blower so I can use the FEL as well. The backhoe would be useful for some landscaping and other projects- if I don't buy it with the tractor, I'll never buy it and will kick myself for not getting it.

I was quoted $26,000 with 0% financing for front mounted snowblower, drive over mower, FEL, and backhoe w/ thumb

YUP !!!
ABSOLUTELY DO get the backhoe WITH the tractor initial purchase.
You will pay close to double, if you ever did buy it later.
A backhoe is not just for digging, it is for lifting/grabbing/pulling as well. An amazingly versatile tool!
Get the hydraulic thumb.
You will be VERY sorry later if you don't get the hoe!
Easy to pick up those hunks/rocks of NH granite!

I have had an intermediate size dedicated TLB (with 3pt.) for 34 years.
Just upgraded last year (I am 79+)
I will NEVER be without a backhoe (until I croak).

Anyone opt out of Kubotas Insurance and get your own policy? I've been a bit buried at the office and have not had a chance to call my insurance company to get a quote to cover the limits Kubota requires. They want to charge a $2700 insurance policy if I choose 0% financing (not quite 0% when they are collecting that kind of premium)

I don't know the current terms... but with financing, was required to have some insurance. I did the zero down zero interest with the full intent of paying off early which I did. Went with the KTAC vs homeowners because the coverage was far better and being a first time tractor guy, figured the no fault clause was good.

Once paid off, no insurance! It's a racket for cars... but for tractors... no! Put your premium check in your own bank with a new account called escrow. You will be far ahead in the long run.

One thing I've been reading here is that it's almost more like an expanded warranty and 'ooops coverage' than just insurance. Covers lots of user damage that most policies wouldn't.
